Structure after completion of concrete repair

Structure after retrofitting with fibre wrapping system
Make OR Break Factor
Due to severe space constraints, conventional systems could not be adapted, and we improvised on the spot.
THE CHALLENGE :
- The structure had a three-point attack brought about by changes in loading conditions, corrosion in steel reinforcements and de-lamination of concrete.
THE ODDS :
- The existing structure had already in a distressed condition and repairs had to be carried out under operating conditions.
OUR RESPONSE :
- The condition of the structure had assessed and a retrofit method had designed
- The damaged concrete sections were repaired with concrete patches and we then reinforced the structural members externally with fibre-wrapping system
